About This Activity
Description
Coach Green will provide the essentials to establish a solid base and ensure each athlete will have the ability to develop their running speed and endurance. Warm up and cool down, stretching, proper body mechanics and technique will be implemented during each session to develop the skills needed to become a successful runner.
Ages: 5 - 12
Coached by Dan Green, longtime resident and track/cross country coach and teacher of 33 years in The Woodlands.
