Description
This class requires successful completion of Level 2
Swimmers will learn:
- Front crawl stroke with side breathing 5 lines across
- Elementary backstroke kick 3 lines across
- Back crawl stroke arms 3 lines across
- Tread water 30 seconds in at least chest deep water
