This class requires successful completion of Level 2+
Swimmers will learn:
- Front crawl and elementary backstroke 6 lines across each
- Backstroke 3 lines across
- Breaststroke kicks 3 lines across
- Dolphin kicks and body movement 3 lines across
- Tread water 30 seconds in deep water
