About This Activity
SportPLUS Girls is a full day of sport for girls ages 7 to 12, played in girls-only groups and led by our female coaching staff. Every week campers play soccer, lacrosse, basketball and flag football, plus indoor volleyball and beach volleyball, with pickleball, ultimate, dodgeball and field games mixed in. Girls get real coaching, real games and a summer full of friends who love to play as much as they do. Volleyball is a big part of the week. SportPLUS is one of the only camps in Toronto with both indoor and beach volleyball, so campers learn to bump, set and serve in the double gym, then take it outside to De La Salle's two sand courts. Monday to Thursday, campers rotate through a different sport each block with their group. Thursday afternoon is Camper's Choice, with girls picking what they want to play. Then it's TOP Games Friday: colour teams, camp-wide competitions, special games and championships to wrap up the week. Girls are split into two groups, Juniors (7-9) and Seniors (10-12), so every session is pitched at the right level, with the right mix of learning, friendly competition and fun. Summer Camps Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change, but facilities, coaches, equipment, and uniforms are all organized well before the program begins and each registration plays an important role in making our programs run smoothly. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by May 31st to receive a full refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee per registration. After the May 31st cancellation deadline, no refunds will be provided for any summer camp cancellations. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed days or sickness.
