Ready to make the leap from freshman/JV levels to Varsity? S.C.A.N. Camp is designed to help you hone your attention to detail (technique), prepare for the physicality of varsity level sports and emphasize the important role proper nutrition plays in your development on and off the field. What if one simply wants to learn the most efficient way to meet your personal fitness goals? S.C.A.N. Camp is also for you. The camp will be led by the head of Personal Training and Development at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Tavon Copes, Nikki Love and Coach Jones. In addition to his role at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mr. Copes has been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years and currently holds numerous certifications. All attendees will not only receive targeted instruction on building functional strength for their respective sports/activities, but also how proper nutrition will assist them in attaining their fitness goals.
