About This Activity

In this camp, the campers will learn classic culinary techniques, from sushi to truffles, all the way to food science. Alongside Loyola's two Executive Chefs, with a combined 34 years' experience in the culinary industry, the campers will leave the course with an abundance of new culinary skills, as well as a recipe packet to continue learning at home. Learning culinary skills early in life is a valuable and necessary resource that this camp will provide.
