Participants will learn butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle drills geared toward creating an efficient, fluent stroke as well as perfect their turns, streamlines, and starts. The clinic is not intended as swim lessons for new swimmers. Note: Students should be water safe and able to swim up to one lap of freestyle unassisted and have a basic concept of the three other strokes. Open to swim lesson participants who have passed Level 4.
