About This Activity
Description
This program gives kids ages 5 and over an intro to competitive swimming in a fun, low-key format. Emphasis is placed on teaching and improving the four competitive strokes. Practices will focus on building endurance, refining technique, increasing speed, sportsmanship and teambuilding. We will practice swim meet skills and will be tracking improvements and setting goals.*Must pass the swim test which consists of 25 yd freestyle and 25 yd backstroke in addition to being a level 4, 5 or 6 swimmer.
*NO CLASS 6/20 or 7/4
