StarGuard Lifeguard Class dates:*Must first pass swim testFriday, March 13, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (with break for lunch) at Therapeutic Recreation Center, 1000 S. Randolph WaySaturday, March 14, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (with break for lunch) at Catalina Pool, 2005 N. Dodge Blvd.Sunday, March 15, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (with break for lunch) at Catalina Pool, 2005 N. Dodge Blvd.Same swim test description as before. Must be able to commit to all 3 days of the class schedule.Must be available to work all of June and July (potential to work through the year) Must apply online after passing Star Guard Lifeguard class. Must be 15 at the time of application.Passing the swim test does not count as your application.Skills include 1. nonstop 300-yard swim, freestyle2. 2-minute tread in deep end, hands out of water3. 50-yard approach stroke w/ tube4. 50-yard swim with dummy5. Retrieve brick from 12 ft depth
