Join Flow Yoga with our certified Yoga Instructor who will help you enhance your body's breathing, flexibility, balance, and body strength in flow yoga classes. Classes are a mixture of meditation, breath work and energizing movement. Based on the principles of hatha, ashtanga, and vinyasa, flow yoga can be done by anyone. Focusing on the connection between breath and movement, classes begin with gentle movements to warm up the body then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Corrections are made verbally and occasionally with hands-on adjustments. All are welcome regardless of experience.
