About This Activity

At the AF Gymnastics Camp, we incorporate technical drills, specific skill instruction and appropriate progression towards each gymnast's goals as well as working on conditioning, flexibility and mental preparedness. Session 1b is for BOYS ONLY competitive levels 9-10
