Following successful completion of the Distinguished Swimmer Level, (or ability to demonstrate the following skills) Swimmers can join our Pre-Team swim program.Demonstrate skills equivalent to the Distinguished Swimmer level, which include:
- Perform a head first dive into 9+ ft. of water
- Swim the following strokes for 25 yards each: (Strokes must have proficient Kick, breath control, and proper body position) Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breaststroke
- Demonstrate a general understanding of the butterfly
