About This Activity
Description
This level is designed for absolute beginners. Swimmers at this stage may be hesitant to enter the pool, often fearful of the water, and are not yet comfortable putting their face underwater or lifting their feet off the pool bottom. All skills at this level are with equipment and/or Instructor support.Main Goal for this level: Swimmers become comfortable entering the pool and learn to submerge their face while exhaling bubbles. Swimmers become able to locomote on front and back with equipment and/or Instructor support.
