Description
This level is designed for absolute beginners. Swimmers at this stage may be hesitant to enter the pool, often fearful of the water, and are not yet comfortable putting their face underwater or lifting their feet off the pool bottom.Main Goal for this level: Swimmers become comfortable entering the pool and learn to submerge their face while blowing bubbles. Swimmers become able to locomote on front and back (“reach and pull” and “circle” arms) with equipment and/or Instructor support.
