About This Activity
This course is designed for those interested in an introduction to springboard diving. No experience is necessary. Learners will: 1) Improve body coordination 2) Learn the proper springboard diving positions 3) Learn how to use a diving board and be able to swim to the side Those interested in this course must: Be able to swim at least 25 yards Must be at least 7 years old **NO refunds or make-up courses ** NO CLASS JULY 4- COST HAS BEEN PRORATED
