About This Activity
This course provides an introduction to springboard diving and is designed for participants who are interested in learning the fundamentals of the sport. No prior diving experience is required. Instruction focuses on developing coordination, safety, and proper technique in a structured and supportive environment. Participants will: Improve body coordination Learn proper springboard diving positions Learn how to safely use a diving board and swim to the side To enroll in this course, participants must be at least 7 years old and able to swim at least 25 yards. No refunds or make-up courses will be allowed. NO CLASS ON JULY 16 AND JULY 23.
