Provides stroke development and build confident, competency and endurance in all strokes and learn standing dives. They will further strengthen their endurance and stamina with freestyle and backstroke.
Prerequisites: Students must be able to perform a full lap 25 yards of front crawl with side breathing, backstroke and butterfly kick.
Skills may take more than one session to complete.
No class will be held on July 4, 2025.
Refund Policy: There will be a $10 service charge per class per person on ALL REQUESTED REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS. Refunds will only be considered if requested seven days in advance of the first class meeting. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THAT TIME UNLES INITIATED BY THE DEPARTMENT.
