Stroke readiness level where students increase their endurance by learning side breathing on the front crawl, backstroke and work on diving. Class is held in the deep end of the pool.
Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim at least 15 yards of the front crawl and backstroke, float on front and back and change directions while swimming.
Skills may take more than one session to complete.
No class will be held on June 19, 2025.
Refund Policy: There will be a $10 service charge per class per person on ALL REQUESTED REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS. Refunds will only be considered if requested seven days in advance of the first class meeting. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THAT TIME UNLESS INITIATED BY THE DEPARTMENT.
