Description
Join WPR Fitness in our Intro to Strength and Conditioning course! This course is designed for developing athletes as an introduction to basic lifting techniques, as well as basic running mechanics, agilities, and plyometrics.
Certified Personal Trainer Sam Collins will take your child through a structured workout each week using WPR Fitness Facilities. His attention to detail as well as knowledge of strength and conditioning will ensure that they get the best, as well as the safest experience during their early stages of athletic development.
This group will meet every Thursday, starting May 2nd.
Fee: $40
Registration Deadline: May 2nd, 2023.
