About This Activity
Description
For your child to participate in this level, they must have surpassed all requirements of the seal level. We will give students success with fundamental skills. Participants will fully submerge and hold breath, while working on rolling from their front and back. Floats are mastered at this level. Floating with kicks and proper breathing are introduced. Swimmers will work on performing front and back glides for 5 body lengths. Safety topics include staying safe around water, life jacket use, and recognizing an emergency.
