About This Activity
Description
To participate in this level, you must have accomplished all skills learned in the Goldfish program. Participants will learn to bob while moving to safety in chest deep water, work on rotary breathing, as well as floating and treading in deep water. They will work on elementary backstroke, dolphin kicking, front crawl, sidestroke, and breaststroke kicks. Instructors will review safety codes to keep your child safe around water.
