About This Activity
Description
To participate in this level, your swimmer must have completed all requirements of the Shark program. Participants will develop confidence in the skills previously learned. Swimmers will be required to complete front crawl and backstroke as well as sidestroke with scissor kicks. Breaststroke and Butterfly arms will be introduced, and Backstroke skills will be refined. Safety topics will continue to improve water safety skills.
