In this session, sailors will learn how to effectively communicate between their skipper and crew pair. Our athletes will strengthen their knowledge of proper rigging and tuning techniques. In addition, they will develop their skills, including racing tactics and strategy through long course training, working throughout the season to feel confident competing at Dinghyfest and the ILYA X Championship.
