About This Activity
Description
Athletes will partake in performance designed programming focusing on skill and athletic development. This program is designed to gradually increase athletic performance by building upon the current foundation through basketball instruction as well as athletic conditioning in a small group training setting.
Sessions will consist of one (1) Basketball day and one (1) Strength and Conditioning hour long sessions per week. Basketball sessions will be held in the Oscar Lasko YMCA Gymnasium. Strength and Conditioning will be held in the East Chestnut Fitness Center at Oscar Lasko YMCA.
