About This Activity

Description

Campers will explore the people and events that have shaped North Dakota over the last 250 years. Through an interactive tour of Bonanzaville’s pioneer village, participants will visit select stops where knowledgeable guides will lead short lessons and hands-on activities. Campers will learn about the first native inhabitants of the region, the fur trade, westward expansion, homesteading, and the road to statehood. Each child will enjoy a light snack and create a themed craft to take home. Campers will meet at Bonanzaville, located at 1351 W. Main Ave in West Fargo.
