About This Activity
Description
Begin this class with head to toe stretching before we move into a gentle flow - with options for more experienced yogis. You will end this full body class on the floor, finding deeper stretching and working on flexibility and range of motion. Perfect for any level!
Yoga mats are provided - you may bring your own if you like!
