Stage 5 swimmers will build on the breaststroke and butterfly kicks learned in earlier stages to become proficient in both strokes. Swimmers will also build endurance and refine technique in Freestyle and Backstroke (50-100 yards). All four strokes must be mastered before advancing.
Prerequisite Skill: Stage 5 or swim evaluation.
All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
No class will be held the week of Monday August 24 through Sunday August 30 for our Enhancement Week.
