Celebrate the season with a family-friendly afternoon of pumpkin picking with an aquatic twist.WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. This fall, finding the perfect pumpkin starts with packing a swimsuit. The City of West Hollywood invites children, families, and community members to its Floating Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the West Hollywood Park Aquatic and Recreation Center.The seasonal celebration will take place at the Aquatic Center’s fifth-floor rooftop pool, located at 8750 El Tovar Place in West Hollywood.Young pumpkin pickers can head into the pool to choose their favorite floating pumpkin and take it home to decorate. Designed especially for children and families, the event also welcomes adults to join in the fun and enjoy a playful take on a favorite fall tradition.Families can enjoy pool time together, capture festive photos, and make seasonal memories in a setting where pumpkin picking comes with a splash.Bring a swimsuit, pack a towel, and leave a little room for a pumpkin on the way home.Swimsuits are required for anyone entering the pool. Guests who are not fully toilet trained must wear swim diapers while in the water.Children ages 10 and younger must remain within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian at all times. No more than two children per parent or guardian are permitted in the water. Important Information about In Water, Pool Activities: Swim attire is required. Individuals who are not yet potty trained must wear a swim diaper. Participants ages 10 and younger must be within arm’s reach of a parent/guardian. A ratio of no more than two children to one adult must be observed while in the water. Participants ages 11-15 must be accompanies by a parent/guardian in the facility at all times. There is a limit of one pumpkin per person. We recommend arriving early to account for parking.
