During our next Circuit Strength class, see the battle of boy bands vs. girl groups! Using specialized equipment and purposeful movement, participants can build muscle, improve stability, and increase overall fitness while benefiting from the low-impact resistance of the water.
This is a reservation for Water X Platinum Class at the WeHo ARC. This reservation is free, and it holds a space for the water fitness class. Reservations will be cancelled if a participant(s) are more than 10 minutes late for their reserved class time. If you are unable to attend the class your reservation will be cancelled by Aquatics staff; there is no need to contact us with a cancellation request.
