About This Activity
Description
This program will provide children with basic basketball skills and fundamentals. In addition, participants will experience game play. A specific game schedule will be handed out on November 25 for the remainder of the season. Games will be played at West Salem schools, La Crosse and Holmen Boys & Girls Clubs, and Onalaska schools. Teams will be split by grade this year.Volunteer coaches are needed to help the entire season.Coaches meeting will be held October 28th at 6:30pm at the WS Rec. Dept.
DATES:Saturdays & Wednesday Nov. 4 - February 13Monday night practices may be added as gym space allows.Game Dates: Dec. 5, 12, 19, Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13
TIMES:Saturday practices in November: 8:30-9:45 or 9:45-11amWednesday practices Nov-Feb: TBD - between 5-8pmSaturday games Dec-Feb: Game times vary - a specific game schedule will be emailed out to families once finalized
