Description
Join the West Salem Police Department and The Sara Rose Hougom Foundation for the 8th Annual Day at the Lake on Sunday, August 4th! This FREE event is open to kids age 5 to 14 and will be held from 11am – 2pm. Please plan to meet at Swarthout Park Shelter. Kids will be able to participate in one on one fishing with local authorities on Lake Neshonoc, play games, win prizes, have lunch (burgers, hotdogs and sides), and enjoy other fun activities! Lifejackets, fishing poles and bait are provided. Online registration through the West Salem Park & Rec Department is available. All kids must be pre-registered & a parent/guardian must stay on-site. No drop offs!Participating local agencies include: Medlink, Tri-State, West Salem Fire, West Salem Police, West Salem EMS, City of La Crosse Police, La Crosse County Police, State Patrol, Friends of Lake Neshonoc and more
