About This Activity
Description
Junior Gymnasts is designed as a beginner to intermediate level class. Coaches will work to help participants improve their strength, flexibility, and balance. Gymnastics skills including handstands, cartwheels, and back walkovers on floor, jumps, leaps & dismounts on beam, swings and hip circles on bars & vaulting will be introduced.
DATES:
Session 1: June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 & 19 (M/W)
Session 2: July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 & 24 (M/W)
TIME: 6:30-7:30pm
SITE: WS Panther Den
AGES: 7-10
