Description
Do you like to dance? Kids in grade K-5 are invited to come dance with the West Salem High School Dance Team in the June Dairy Days Parade! Participants will receive a T-shirt and poms, and get to dance alongside members of the High School Dance Team.DATES:
Practice: May 27, 28, 29 (T-Th)
Performance: June Dairy Days Parade on May 31
TIME:
Practice: Time: 3:30-4:30 pm Performance: The parade starts at 12:00 pm. Parents will be notified the week of camp what time drop off will be for the parade.
SITE:
Practice: Meet at the WSES school flag pole, we'll walk over to the Middle School together at 3:20pm. Practices will be held in the Middle School Gym. Pick up promptly at Middle School Gym at 4:30 pm. Performance: Drop off will be at the WSHS parking lot (by the gym entrance). Pick up will be at the white gazebo Village Park in Downtown West Salem after dancing in the parade. All dancers will need to be signed out by a parent or guardian when picked up!
If for some reason the parade is canceled due to weather, we plan to have a small performance at the West Salem High School Gym at 12:00 pm on 5/31.

NEW THIS YEAR: We will be looking for a couple of parents to help volunteer and walk with us in the parade (six total)! If interested, please reach out to Coach Bri (westsalemhsdanceteam@gmail.com) by May 19th.
The color this year is purple! Feel free to spruce up your dancers outfit for the parade (glitter, bows, tutus, etc).
