About This Activity
Description
In this 3rd & 4th grade volleyball league, equal teams for combined grade levels will compete in games with area teams. All teams will begin with practices on Sundays & Tuesdays focusing on the fundamentals of volleyball. The remainder of the season will consists of Sunday practices and Tuesday scrimmages against each other, LaX BGC & Onalaska Park & Rec. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Teams are coached by volunteer parent coaches.
Practice schedules will be created based on the availability of volunteer coaches and school facilities. Co-coaching is encouraged as it gives participants more one-on-one attention.
Coaches meeting will be held 6:30-7:00pm Aug. 21st at WS Rec.
DATES:
1st week of practice - Tentatively scheduled for the week of August 25
1st week of games - Tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 17
TIMES/SITE:
Times and sites are TBD based on gym and coach availability. An email will be sent to registrants with a specific game and practice schedule as soon as they are available.
GRADES:
3rd & 4th grade girls in fall of 2024

LATE REGISTRATION 8/10-8/16:
