For K-5 campers, this program combines the thrill of outdoor adventures (climbing and biking) with the joy of traditional camp activities. Through the course of the week, campers gain sport skills, build confidence and community, and start a lifelong connection to the outdoors. With skill progression tracked by a personal "passport" and engaging weekly themes, Basecamp is designed for continuous fun and growth in a safe, convenient, and empowering environment. Weekly Theme: Trailblazers and Explorers! Get ready for a week of high-energy discovery with our "Trailblazers & Explorers" theme! Your child will become a confident outdoor adventurer, blazing new trails through hiking, nature scavenger hunts, and learning essential survival and navigation skills. They'll collaborate to build a bike course, "summit" a climbing wall, and master map and compass reading. This week is all about fostering curiosity, teamwork, and a deep, respectful love for the natural world. Empower your young explorer to step outside and discover the fun!
