About This Activity
Minecraft is all the rage, and our students have been playing, exploring, and creating in Minecraft for years. Now, it’s time for your students to take a huge leap forward and learn how to become real Minecraft programmers! By learning JAVA Script, students will be able to alter and design Minecraft beyond what it normally allows. This will teach them valuable programming tools they’ll be able to use throughout their programming journey—but it’s also just a ton of fun for students to build their own worlds and creations! No prior experience required. Once camp is over, continue the sandbox fun at home with a link to all creations and our modding tools! (Projects vary depending on age)
