Description
Whether your child is new to swimming or looking to build confidence in the water, our Novice Swim Lessons provide a supportive and structured learning environment. Lessons emphasize development rather than competition.
This program is designed for swimmers with little to no prior experience who want to develop essential water skills at a comfortable pace. These are instructional swim lessons, focusing on water safety, body position, breath control, floating, and submersion, as well as basic swimming movements.No class on June 27 or July 4
Please note that if you have not completed and turned in a Youth Participation waiver for your child within the last year, you will need to do so before the program starts.
Participation waivers can be accessed by opening the following link in a new window www.woosteroh.com/recreation and scrolling down to the participation waivers section to fill out and submit the waiver online.
The form is valid for one year from the date it is signed and can be used for multiple programs offered through the Wooster Recreation and Community Center.
Lindsay's Law NOTICE - No child will be placed on a roster for ANY sports offered by the Wooster Recreation and Community Center until a form is on file with our department.
