A weekly swim session - Wednesday 6:30-7:00pm This session is for swimmers in ASA Stage 6 only. You must be able to swim 25m (preferably front crawl) and have passed ASA Stage 5 criteria. A different focus each week e.g. Front crawl technique, turns, body rotation, streamling, rythmical breathing. Also including breatstroke and backstroke technique. Only available to children on Junior Triathlon programme. Pool guidelines: - In order to ensure the smooth running of lessons we ask that parents would not enter poolside. - Please ensure that you arrive ready for the session. - Please also remember to bring a labelled water bottle to keep hydrated during the swim sessions. No sharing of equipment. - Don’t forget your swim hat if you have long hair and your swimming goggles.
