About This Activity
Caponatina is an "eggplant appetizer" made from scratch. This appetizer can be canned and stored for months and is a "go to" for any occasion! Chuck full of healthy vegetables that everyone (kids included) will love! Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class. A supply list will be emailed to you one week prior to class to allow you to get the supplies needed for this class.
