Aqua Aerobics
- Indoor Pool-
8:00 am Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays with Kathe
This well-rounded class is based on human movement theory and includes warm-up, cardio, and strength and conditioning, followed by cool down and stretching. Indoor pool, deep and shallow water.
In-person Group Fitness drop in, or Group Fitness Pass required.
