Description
SPLASH, SPIN, DASH!
This event will have 6 start time slots (max of 8 participants per slot): 8:00a, 8:15a, 8:35a, 8:50a, 9:10a and 9:25a. The event stations will be as follows: 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, and 20 minute run. Your goal is to complete as much distance as possible. There will be a 10 minute transition time between the swim and bike, and 5 minutes between the bike and run.
