About This Activity
MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETE TESTING DAY... BEGINNING OF SUMMER. ***We will also have a 2nd Testing Day at the End of the Summer for those who want to see a start and end to the 8-10 weeks of lifting, conditioning, and training affects. We will test in Vertical Jump, 10 split, 5-10-5, Standing Broad Jump, and some Strength Testing. We will also do the INBODY non-invasive scan for any athlete who want it on this day (this will measure water content, body fat %, ht, wt, and how the weight/mass is distributed thru the body. $30 for non-members. Free event for members at D1 Boerne. Middle School ages. Led by D1 Training Staff. Girls and Guys welcome.
