Join Hockaday's coaching staff for multiple weeks to develop lifelong skills that boost confidence, foster camaraderie, and increase athletic capabilities in all sports while making new friends! Our days will start with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, allowing you to learn how to use leverage against larger and stronger opponents. The second half of camp will consist of kickboxing, where you will use mitts and heavy bags to practice strikes. All participants who attend for the full summer will earn the first stripe on their jiu-jitsu belt!
