The summer yoga camp for younger yogis is taught by a certified instructor and will incorporate fun themes such as Beach Day, Visiting the Zoo, Going on a Hike, and Alphabet Soup into a yoga practice. The camp for more mature yogis will introduce Breath Awareness along with movement. The basic yoga poses will be introduced, and students will have an opportunity to learn how to create their own personal yoga practice. The classes help to build strength and self-confidence while having fun.
