Counselors In Training (CITs) learn game leading techniques, discipline strategies, and how to gain and keep the attention of children in a summer day camp setting. Participants register for one of the interview time slots. If selected for a position, the counselor in training must commit to volunteering 2 consecutive weeks at one of our 5 camp sites in addition to attending our mandatory parent meeting. CITs will also be invited to attend the staff training session on June 11th. If selected for the program there is a program fee of $50 for residents and $60 for non-residents. Instructions for registering and payment will be provided upon acceptance.
