Description
Level 2 is designed for children who have either completed Level 1 or demonstrated their competency in the culminating skill assessment of Level 1.Our Group Swim Lessons program offers five levels of instruction for children aged 4 to 12. The program consists of 30-minute classes following a group lesson format. Enrollment is typically limited to three students per instructor, although some courses may have four students.
Classes are scheduled for two weeks, Monday through Thursday, and your child may need to switch to an earlier or later class time if required. If a course is full, parents can add their child to the waiting list, and we will do our best to accommodate more participants.
In order to graduate from this level, your child is required to successfully complete all the skills that are outlined in their Lesson Certificate. Additionally, they must demonstrate their proficiency in the culminating skill assessment, which entails swimming freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke for a distance of 15 feet, equivalent to one-quarter of the length of the pool.
To graduate from this level, your child must complete all the skills mentioned on their Lesson Certificate and demonstrate the culminating skill assessment, which includes traveling 5 feet, bobbing three times, and treading water for at least 15 seconds without assistance.
