McGaw YMCA Summer 1-Day Swim Clinics - Saturdays, 10:20-11:20am
Grow your skills to the next level with YMCA Swim Clinics. These 60-minute specialty classes allow students to enjoy focused technical instruction in a small group setting. Benefit from expert guidance and tailored drills designed to enhance your confidence and performance. These single day multi-level clinics are ideal for youth looking to concentrate on a particular development milestone, prepare for a swim team or experienced competitive swimmers looking to refine their swimming technique and additional skills that help win the race!
This date's clinic: Butterfly
Pre-requisite: equivalent YMCA Stages 5-6 swimmer or MYST swim teamStudents will work on their dolphin kicks, asymmetrical arms, rhythm and then put it all together.
