Beginner tennis players will follow a progressive teaching format. Each session teaches basic tennis strokes and strategy in an enthusiastic, but low-pressure environment. The intermediate and more advanced players will follow a more intensive drill format to refine strokes, strategy, and competitive match play with a mix of strength and conditioning. Participants must supply their own racquet and wear tennis shoes or sneakers.
