Learn the ancient martial art of Tai Chi with Dr. Landry.This practice is a form of moving meditation that is appropriate for all ages. You will become more agile and balanced while learning the Yang style short form. Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone, even those with physical limitations. The focus of this class will be on body mechanics, flexibility, and the development of a sense of well being.
