Below is the program description you will be helping run: Family Camp is an enriching experience that helps families reconnect and strengthen their bonds through a variety of engaging activities. The program highlights the value of spending quality time together, fostering shared experiences and meaningful connections. Families can rent space at camp and enjoy time filled with unique, shared experiences tailored to bring loved ones closer together. Activities include traditional camp favorites like hiking or arts and crafts, and evening programs like campfires and talent shows. These experiences are crafted to foster teamwork, laughter, and lasting memories, allowing families to unplug from daily distractions and immerse themselves in nature. Family Camp is open to all family types, encouraging diverse participation and ensuring everyone feels welcome. Each session is designed not only for fun but also to create an atmosphere where families can communicate, collaborate, and grow together, making it an ideal setting for those looking to enhance their family dynamics and enjoy quality time with one another. This is a day event and does not include and overnight. Saturday lunch, dinner, and a snack are provided as part of this event. This program is designed for individuals without an adult chaperone. This is a drop off event. A patch will be provided for registered youth participants. Visit our Council Shop for more Girl Scout swag.
